These crochet potted flowers can sit on your windowsill too! and they don’t require any water! But above all that, they’re cute, fun crochet projects.
Don’t they look like they’d bring a touch of sunny warmth to a room, just having one of these cartoon-ish bright soft crochet flowers sitting there? Not only for your own house. Just like you bring flowers to a friend, you could bring one of these crochet flowers (as long as it’s someone who likes crochet ornaments anyways!)
The crocheter who came up with this one, J.H. Winter, suggests using a thicker yarn for this, which is sturdier. That’s probably because this crochet object has to hold itself up in many places. She uses acrylic-based yarn, and prefers Red Heart Super Saver yarn. She also recommends not mixing different types of yarn for this particular pattern. Gauge for the crochet flowers is not very important, however.
